Shipping & Returns/Exchanges
Our current turnaround time is 3-5 Business Days before shipping unless otherwise stated on the Mariners online store. Shipping within the US generally takes around 3-4 business days for local items and 5-7 business days outside the New England area through the United States Post Office (USPS). No shipping times are guaranteed. We cannot guarantee USPS will deliver it on time without fail. Please understand that your package is in the care of USPS once it leaves us and we are not affiliated with it during the shipping process. Please double check the "ship to" address entered when completing your purchase. The Mariners are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If packages are shipped back due to being non-deliverable, we will ask that you pay an additional shipping fee so that we can resend purchase. We get all packages shipped out in a timely manner- and that is the very best we can do to ensure delivery is on time. International shipping is paid by the Mariners through the USPS. Any additional fees to receive delivery are based on the country of deliveries customs department. The Mariners are not responsible for any additional fees once items are paid for through the USPS.
IN OFFICE PICK-UP
In office pick-up is available at the Mariners business office, located at 94 Free Street just outside the Cross Insurance Arena, attached to the parking garage. The Mariners office is easily identifiable with a green overhang containing our logo. The Mariners will email the address in the “ship to” portion of the checkout process when orders are ready for pick up. Please allow 3-4 business days for orders to be pulled for pick up. Pick-up is available between the hours of 9 AM - 4 PM Monday through Thursday. Weekend arrangements can be made on an appointment basis during the season.
EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
All items must have price tags attached when applicable and be in new and unworn condition. If you are exchanging an item you will need to include an additional $8.00 for shipping or must pay for exchange shipping through the online store at the link below. If incorrect merchandise has been shipped, the Mariners will ship out the correct merchandise and refund $10 for cost of shipping. To help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of your receipt or order number with the merchandise. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. Please note that the Mariners will only refund shipping if your return was a result of our error.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, please call 207-761-4365.
We will follow up and authorize you to ship and refund your cost to your credit card. Once we receive the new item we will re-ship the correct item(s) to you. Please ensure to include the full details of your issue and return/exchange request when sending the item(s) back to us.
If you received a partial order, please call 207-761-4365 with the details of your partial order. Please ensure to include the full details of what item(s) you are missing from your order, as well as the item(s) you did receive.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received an incorrect order, please call 207-761-4365 with the details of your incorrect order.
We will follow up and send you a call tag to pay for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the new item we will re-ship the correct item(s) to you. Please ensure to include the full details of your issue and return/exchange request when sending the item(s) back to us.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY CREDIT TO BE COMPLETED?
Due to the high volume of credit requests we receive, please allow up to 7 business days to fully process any credit requests.
